NEWS – Winter 2025

I continue to be excited to be part of the Teaching Team for Executive programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I’m currently working with a group of global COOs in a custom Design Thinking course. I also facilitate Communicating with Impact for the Stanford LEAD program. My other recent courses include Negotiation: Getting More of What You Want, Design Thinking: From Insights to Viability, Values Based Leadership, and Leading Effective Teams. It’s fascinating to work with talented executives from around the world.

Leading Business Workshops in India

In Spring of 2024, Ed and I lead a series of business workshops for an emerging enterprise in Pune, India. It was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas about Design Thinking and New Product Strategy with the management team. We look forward to continued engagement with this client and value the opportunity for cross cultural exchange.

Mentor For “Women Leaders of the World”

Last year, I embarked on a journey to mentor Dolly Sagwe, a Kenyan entrepreneur who is developing a Financial Literacy program for young Kenyans. Another mentor and I meet with her via ZOOM to provide coaching. Interesting!
